Customer Support Executive
Job Description
1. Be the internal champion of customer accounts, driving product adoption, usage and business focus through email, chat and calls
2. Act as an information resource expert, providing dedicated support to customers
3. Collaborate closely with operations, product and engineering teams, to build, drive and improve tools and processes for quicker issue resolution
4. Own the key success metrics for respective CSAT
5. Take responsibility for customer retention by stopping churn by adopting proactive approach of -customer first-
6. Develop positive relationships with customers that promote retention and
loyalty, to have a strong customer lifetime value

3. are available for duration of 3 months
