Roles and responsibilities of Customer Support Executive

·        As a lead generator/CSE you should provide 5-10 valid response per day (valid response means they have to be interest on joining in courses, searching for academy, willing to go with further steps, want to write scholarship exams, demo classes) have to submit these kind of leads

·        You have to organize a Meet with team leader support and need to pull up all to the link and then make a note that how many have attended the demo and get feed back and put in tracker

·        Daily 100 calls have to be taken

·        Daily basis 5-10 leads so weekly 35-60 leads has to be from your side.
