Education Qualification— Graduate/Under Graduate

Experience Details—Fresher or Experience

Languages Known—English & (Any Regional language)

Rounds of Interview--- Initial Screening/Ops round/Client Round

Salary Offered— 18800CTC to 25000CTC

Nature of Work—WFO(Mandatory)

Days of Work – 6 days working with 1-day rotational week-off

Shift type—Day Rotation

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Ability to lead a team.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
Computer skills.
Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
