Job Description

About the Job: We are hiring fresher’s people to help our CVM (Customer Value Management)
sales. Managing CVM campaigns—calls/emails for product offers, account reactivations,
customer outreach for upselling/cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:
 Execute outbound (via phone, SMS, email)
 Explain banking products/services clearly to customers
 Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-up

Who Can Apply:
 Qualification:
HSC (12th pass) with sales experience
 OR Graduate (any stream) – freshers or experienced
Shift Time: 9: 30am to 6:30pm
Week Off: Sunday fixed off
Salary: fixed Rs.14,000 per month (CTC)

Required Skills & Competencies:

Communication Skills:

  • Clear and confident verbal communication (English, Hindi, or regional languages)

  • Strong written communication for email/chat support

  • Active listening and empathy to understand customer needs

Problem-Solving Abilities:

  • Quick thinking and ability to assess customer problems accurately

  • Providing logical and customer-friendly solutions

  • Staying calm under pressure or during irate customer conversations

Tech Literacy:

  • Basic computer knowledge – MS Word, Excel, Email, Web Browsing

  • Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, or chat platforms (preferred but not mandatory)

Teamwork & Adaptability:

  • Work efficiently as part of a team or independently

  • Adapt quickly to changes in process, tools, or products
