Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle outbound calls, engage with existing and interested clients, and set appointments for the sales team. This role focuses on relationship-building and follow-ups.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing leads and interested clients
Explain services/products clearly and professionally
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
Follow up with clients to ensure smooth communication
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic queries
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Confident phone etiquette and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM or calling software experience preferred)
Ability to follow processes and meet daily targets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
No Cold Calling Required
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 AM
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Singasandra, Bengaluru (Near Electronic City)
Week Off: Sunday ( All other leaves are LOP ) No Paid Leaves
Stable work environment
Fixed working hours
