Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—whether through phone, email, live chat, or social media—and will play a critical role in delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly to customer queries via telephone, email, chat, or in person.

Listen actively to customers and identify the root cause of their concern or issue.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.

Guide customers through product features, troubleshooting steps, and service procedures.
2. Issue Resolution:

Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues or service concerns and escalate complex cases to senior support or technical teams.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
3. Order and Service Management:

Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, returns, refunds, or changes in service.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical, etc.) to process requests and ensure timely resolution.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM or internal systems.
4. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain a log of frequently reported issues, customer complaints, and resolutions.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer support tickets and share insights with management.

Contribute to developing FAQs, help articles, and knowledge base content.
5. Customer Relationship Building:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by being professional, polite, and helpful.

Understand and anticipate customer needs and suggest additional products/services when relevant (upselling/cross-selling, if applicable).

Represent the company’s brand and values in every interaction.
