Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle domestic outbound calls for promoting and explaining savings investment plans, insurance products, and discount offers to potential customers. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing detailed information about investment plans, insurance benefits, and interest offers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Conversion

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote investment plans, insurance products, and saving schemes.

  • Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and pricing details clearly and effectively.

  • Handle objections professionally and provide convincing responses to convert inquiries into leads or sales.

  • Follow up with customers who have shown interest in the plans and close sales where possible.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products based on their financial goals.

  • Build long-term customer relationships through polite and professional interactions.

  • Maintain a positive customer experience and ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Resolve customer queries regarding insurance coverage, savings schemes, and investment policies.

3. Product Knowledge & Plan Explanation

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of company products, including investment policies, insurance plans, interest rate offers, and discount schemes.

  • Keep updated with the latest features, benefits, and regulatory guidelines related to savings and insurance products.

  • Present the information in a simple, clear, and persuasive manner to potential customers.

4. Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets, lead generation goals, and conversion benchmarks.

  • Maintain reports of daily calls, customer responses, and follow-ups.

  • Work closely with the team leader to improve call quality and achieve performance KPIs.

5. Compliance & Data Management

  • Follow company policies, data security standards, and compliance guidelines while handling customer information.

  • Accurately update customer details, call status, and lead progress in the CRM system.

  • Ensure transparent communication and ethical selling practices at all times.

Required Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of investment products, insurance plans, and financial schemes (training will be provided).

  • Proficiency in handling CRM software, telecalling systems, and MS Office.

  • Ability to manage outbound calls efficiently and maintain accurate records.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.

  • Persuasive selling skills with a customer-first approach.

  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Patience and empathy to handle customer concerns effectively.
