Urgently required Customer support Executive (credit card )
Number of opening- 20
Experience - min 6 months in customer support
Salary upto 20k to 35k
Excellent English and Hindi must
Time 9am to 6pm 8pm to 6am (rotational shift)

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
