Customer Support Executive
Job Description
As a Teleselling Executive, your main role will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, promote and sell our products/services, and meet set targets. You will also be responsible for handling inquiries, building rapport, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers to introduce and sell our products/services.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and prospective clients, understand their needs, and recommend the best solutions.
- Sales Conversion: Persuade prospects to purchase by addressing their concerns, objections, and emphasizing product benefits.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from various sources.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report daily/weekly sales performance and targets.
- Follow-Up: Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and potential repeat business.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to help improve service offerings.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
- Sales Skills: Ability to pitch and sell effectively over the phone.
- Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Goal-Driven: Self-motivated with the ability to work towards achieving sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills, and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Multilingual: Fluency in English & Hindi is a plus.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
