Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance & Issue Resolution:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
2. Order & Service Management:
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, refunds, and cancellations.
- Ensure smooth coordination with logistics, operations, and technical teams.
- Follow up on customer issues until resolution and satisfaction.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
- Maintain a customer database with accurate records of interactions and transactions.
4. Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Document customer interactions for quality control and performance tracking.
- Identify common customer pain points and suggest process improvements.
- Work with teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
