Job position: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Inquiries and Issue Resolution:

Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or social media inquiries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Provide detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.

Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing refunds, exchanges, or replacements, and resolving complaints efficiently.

Manage customer expectations and ensure a quick resolution of problems.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
2. Product Support and Information:

Provide accurate and clear information regarding product features, pricing, and availability.

Guide customers through the use of products or services, including technical support if necessary.

Assist in the order placement process, providing updates on order status, shipping, and delivery times.

Educate customers on promotions, discounts, or new product launches.
3. Customer Retention and Satisfaction:

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering exceptional service and following up with customers when needed.

Ensure that customers feel heard, valued, and appreciated throughout every interaction.

Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services based on recurring customer concerns.

Build long-term relationships with customers, promoting customer loyalty and retention.
4. Documentation and Data Entry:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, comments, and feedback.

Update customer accounts and systems with relevant information as per company guidelines.

Ensure that all customer-related queries and issues are logged into the system and followed up in a timely manner.

Prepare daily or weekly reports of customer interactions and provide feedback to supervisors.
5. Cross-department Coordination:

Work with other departments (sales, technical support, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Share customer insights with relevant teams to improve processes, products, or services.

Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment teams to address shipping delays or issues with orders.

Assist in managing backlogs or peak times of customer requests and provide solutions to address customer complaints promptly.
6. Quality Assurance and Performance Metrics:

Meet and exceed performance targets such as customer satisfaction scores, response time, resolution time, and first-call resolution rate.

Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes by sharing insights and feedback.
