Job Description

You have to call the customer who is facing issue on using the app. Freshers and experienced both can apply and you have pc/laptop with i5 processor and 8GB of ram. Working hours is flexible and rotational shift is also available for all. Part-time and full time both jobs are available for you all.

Responsibilities:

Assist customer in resolving any open requests for support, assistance, information on upgrading etc.

Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction by delivering against those initiatives that have been identified as crucially important during each and every customer support engagement, for Email/calls.

Can interact effectively with the personnel, tools and resources in the Customer/technical Services team to help resolve customer issues (escalation points, knowledgebase tools, internal applications etc.)

Understanding of escalation handling procedures.
