Tech Mahindra hiring for Graduate/Undergraduate and Fresher/Experience candidates who are willing to join immediate in Blended Process for the position of Customer Support Executive.

Salary – 1.80 LPA – 2.20LPA

 

Job Criteria:

·         Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal.

·         Good computer knowledge, good typing speed.

·         Any candidate Fresher or more than six months BPO voice process would be considered.

·         Flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.

·         Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.

·         Basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems

·         Typing 30 WPM and 80% accuracy.

Job Description:

·         Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls

·         Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
