Position Overview
The Customer Support Executive plays a crucial role in assisting customers with account opening processes on the company’s trading platform. The executive will work with company-provided data, reach out to potential customers, explain the account creation steps, resolve their queries, and guide them through the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Onboarding & Account Opening

Assist in filling out digital application forms accurately and completely.

Verify customer details and ensure all necessary documents are submitted correctly.

Explain the trading platform’s features, benefits, and usage instructions clearly.
2. Customer Support & Query Resolution

Answer customer queries related to account opening, platform usage, and trading basics.

Provide accurate information regarding account types, trading limits, KYC requirements, etc.

Troubleshoot technical issues faced during account registration or login.

Escalate complex issues to the technical or compliance team when necessary.
3. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines are strictly followed.

Maintain accurate records of customer communications and documentation.

Verify customer information against regulatory standards before account activation.

Adhere to company policies and ensure full compliance with trading regulations.
4. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with the sales, operations, and compliance teams for smooth onboarding.

Provide daily updates on customer onboarding status and challenges.

Generate reports on completed, pending, and rejected account applications.

Suggest improvements in processes to enhance the customer experience.
5. Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport with customers and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.

Provide post-onboarding support if customers face issues while accessing their accounts.

Follow up with inactive customers and encourage them to start trading.
