·        Resolve their queries related to orders

·        Handling dynamic situation on call, chat or emails with presence of mind.

·        Handling pressure under adverse situations.

·        Should be fluent in English.

·        Should be comfortable with rotational shift and rotational week-off

·        Should be Comfortable with rotational night Shifts

·        Should be Graduate.
