Customer Support Executive
Job Description
- Strong understanding of Business Process Management
- Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills
- Experience and knowledge in Finance and Outsourcing
- Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate across various teams
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role in a BPO environment
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Support

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.

Handle complaints with a calm and solution-oriented approach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
2. Issue Resolution & Escalation

Troubleshoot basic product or service-related issues.

Escalate unresolved problems to the respective departments or supervisors.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved successfully.
3. Product Knowledge & Assistance
-
Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies.

Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits.

Guide clients through online processes, billing issues, or account-related concerns.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
-
Update the CRM or database with relevant customer details.

Prepare daily and weekly reports for team leads or managers.
5. Collaboration & Teamwork
-
Work closely with the sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth resolutions.
-
Share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
-
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance support skills.
