Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve customer issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required skills:
- Good typing Speed.
- Good Communication Skill.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, billing, and technical issues.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers.
2. Problem Resolution & Follow-ups
- Identify and resolve customer complaints or escalations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.
- Update CRM systems with customer interactions and feedback.
- Generate reports on customer queries and service improvements.
4. Sales & Retention
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services when required.
- Handle customer retention strategies to reduce churn.
