Role Overview:We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our customers—helping them with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience across all our spiritual services.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails with empathy and professionalism.

Guide customers on puja bookings, astrology consultations, and product purchases.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, technical) to resolve issues efficiently.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.

Handle escalations and provide solutions within defined timelines.

Gather customer feedback to improve overall experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

0–2 years of experience in customer support (freshers welcome).

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal & written).

Strong listening, patience, and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and basic MS Office/Google Sheets.

Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced spiritual-tech environment.

Experience in e-commerce or service-based customer support.

Understanding of spiritual or astrology-related services (a plus).

Multilingual ability (Hindi/English/Regional languages).
