Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).

Listen actively to customers to understand their issues or requests and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.

Handle product or service complaints with empathy, patience, and efficiency.

Guide customers on how to use products, place orders, or navigate online platforms or apps.
2. Issue Resolution:

Identify customer problems, investigate root causes, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Escalate complex or unresolved queries to the relevant department or supervisor as needed.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction levels are high.
3. CRM & Ticketing Systems:
-
Log all customer interactions and updates in the company’s CRM or ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Ensure tickets are closed in a timely and professional manner with customer satisfaction in focus.
4. Product Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, policies, and promotions.

Stay updated with product changes, new features, or service enhancements to better support customers.

Share customer feedback and suggestions with internal teams to help improve services and offerings.
5. Service Quality & Process Adherence:

Meet or exceed performance targets such as average handling time (AHT), first call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction score (CSAT).

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Ensure all communication is aligned with the company’s tone and standards.
