We are hiring for a Customer support Executive
Location - Bengaluru.
Experience : 6 Months - 3 Years
Language preference:- English ,Hindi Mandatory.
Job Role:
● Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
● Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
● Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those needs.
● Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
● Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
● Updating the queries and given resolution given in the system/ tool
● Maintain the SLA and Achieve targets.
Requirement:-
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Experience as a Customer Support or similar CS role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
