Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to guide and help customers of our digital application. You will be responsible for addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on how to use the platforms efficiently. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to an excellent user experience.

Employment: Full time

Job Location: Vellore

Work Mode:  Work From Office

Shift: 6 Working days with Rotational shifts.

Education: Any Degree


Job Description:

  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer queries via chat, and phone regarding the listings, account management, application navigation, payments and search functions.
  • Issue Escalation: Collaborate with the team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report regarding issues or improvement suggestions to the product team.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of customer service KPI, interactions, common issues, and solutions in a database.
  • Proactive Outreach: Reach out to users to provide updates on new features, offers, and service changes.

  • Requirements:

  • Should possess basic computer knowledge like MS Word, Excel. 
  • Must be good at typing and multitasking       
  • Need good temperament for handling difficult customers        
  • Good Interactive skills with good phone etiquette is a must. 

  • Direct Walk-in:

    Walk - in Time: 11 AM – 1 PM & 2 PM – 5 PM

    Walk - in Date: Monday to Friday
