Job Description

To ensure a superior customer experience by providing excellent support, resolving issues, and achieving a customer satisfaction.
Obtaining referrals from the existing customers based on the quality of service provided.
Conduct market research, outreach, and lead generation activities to attract new customers and increase the customer base.
Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payments, addressing any payment-related queries and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
Work closely with the vendors to confirm the accuracy of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) deductions, ensuring compliance
Work closely with the internal teams, including sales and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
