· Supporting the customer through phone calls.
· Resolving customer complaints and queries.
· Providing detailed information to customers.
· Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

· Taking feedback from the customers.
· Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customer.
· Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
· Adhering to the company’s rules and regulations.
Requirements
· 12th Grade or Bachelor’s degree
· 0-6 months years of experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department.
· Good knowledge of managing the performance of the team.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Good problem-solving abilities.
· A customer-oriented individual.
· Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
· A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions.
Languages – English & Hindi (Telugu / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam - Atleast any one language)
