Associate - Voice
Your Role
• Join a growing team that works with US & UK-based telecom companies and take your first step into the corporate world.
• In this role, you’ll interact with international customers and help them with services like broadband, cable TV, and home security.
Your main goal will be to understand their needs and provide the right support.
• Handle inbound voice calls related to customer retention.
• Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Meet or exceed retention targets and KPIs
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Understand customer concerns, complaints, or cancellation requests.
• Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
• Don’t worry if you’re new, the Xpertifi team will guide you at every step. From the selection process to training, we’ll make sure you are confident and ready to perform from Day 1.
Who Can Apply?
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of lending concepts (EMI, interest, principal).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel for trackers, Word for reporting).
• Strong written communication skills for email-based coordination.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including late-night hours.
• Engineering graduates (BE/B.Tech) are not eligible for this role
