Job Description
- Air line ticketing, Hotel reservations, Prepond, postponed of bookings.
- Solving the queries of the customer through calls & email & chat.
- Helping / Assisting the customer book his / her Holiday package.
- Graduates & Under Graduates with or without experience can apply.
- B.E with minimum 18 months of International BPO Voice experience are eligible.
- The candidate should be excellent in terms of written & Verbal communication.
- The candidate should have basic computer knowledge.
