Job Description
- Answering incoming Customer Calls with a friendly and positive voice
- Listens, Questions and Analyses to determine underlying needs of customer concerns
- Patiently hears out the customers and tries to rectify customer concerns.
- Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Interacts with Team Leaders, Assistant Operation Managers, Voice Coach, Process Trainers
- Escalates Customer Complaints to the concern
