Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice) for our Bangalore office. This role requires strong communication in English and Hindi or a South Indian language. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience. Executives must record interactions in the CRM, adhere to quality and attendance standards, and work in rotational shifts. Candidates should be graduates with at least 1 year of relevant customer support experience in voice, email, chat, or counselling. Strong verbal and written skills, customer service orientation, and adaptability are essential. Work schedule is 6 days a week with 1 rotational off. Immediate joiners are preferred. Compensation offered is ₹20,000–₹28,000 CTC.
