Job Description
- Technical Support Executive, International Voice process in SITEL Chennai
- Position Summary:
- Designation: Customer Service Professionals- Technical support executives (Voice Process)
- Qualification: Any Dipoloma,intermediate and any UG & PG degree (2015, 2016 and 2017) with arrears are also eligible
- Please note: Candidates with Backlogs will be considered.
- Experience: 0-3 Years
- Shift: Rotational Shift
- Compensation: 0-1 year exp, freshers 2.05 ctc and experienced 2.22ctc
- Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet;
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, IPTV, VOIP and more;
- Follow standard processes and procedures;
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
- Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
- Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business;
- Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
- Effective English oral communication skills
- Excellent, analytical, listening and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
- Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task
- Competent in MS office and web browser environments
