Technical Support Executive, International Voice process in SITEL Chennai
Position Summary:
Designation: Customer Service Professionals- Technical support executives (Voice Process)
Qualification: Any Dipoloma,intermediate and any UG & PG degree (2015, 2016 and 2017) with arrears are also eligible
Please note: Candidates with Backlogs will be considered.
Experience: 0-3 Years
Shift: Rotational Shift
Compensation: 0-1 year exp, freshers 2.05 ctc and experienced 2.22ctc

Job Description:

Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet;
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, IPTV, VOIP and more;
Follow standard processes and procedures;
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business;
Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.

Excellent, analytical, listening and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task
