Storytel is one of the world’s leading audiobook and e-book streaming services. We offer thousands of audiobooks and e-books through our Storytel app, to customers in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Holland, Poland, Finland, Russia, Spain, India, Iceland, UAE, Turkey, Mexico, Singapore, Korea, Germany, Bulgaria, Brazil and Colombia - and we expect to enter several new markets in the coming years. Our focus is to provide the best audiobook experience possible to our customers and to have fun at work whilst doing it. We are now looking to strengthen our Storytel India team by adding a Marathi Customer Support Expert.

About The Role
As a Customer Support Expert at Storytel India, you are responsible for communicating with our customers. This includes answering product and service questions through email and various social media channels. You will also help update and maintain our social media channels.
You will work closely with the local streaming team, as well as the Global customer support team.

- Has working experience from customer support or social media management.
- Loves to meet new people, to work in teams and collaborate with others.
- Is skilled in day to day planning & improving processes.
- Is a patient & kind communicator.
- Always delivers.
- Is detail oriented.
- Is fluent in Marathi and English, both in speech and writing.
