Job Description

·  Should be a Graduate – B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.SC IT

·  Interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/keep working relationships with customers, peers, and managers.

·  Experience working in a fast-paced technical support or customer service position.

·  Strong verbal and written communications skills.

·  Proficient in GERMAN/DUTCH/FRECNH - C1 Certification required. 

·  Computer literate (PC skills essential, Mac OS desirable)

·  General understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, electrical or electronics background would be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multilingual Customer Support:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in German or French, both spoken and written.

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or phone, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and empathy.

  • Assist customers with order tracking, account queries, product troubleshooting, and general information.

2. Issue Resolution & Follow-up:

  • Investigate and resolve issues including delivery problems, returns, billing discrepancies, product usage, or technical errors.

  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Take ownership of customer concerns and drive them toward resolution.

3. Documentation & Ticket Management:

  • Log interactions accurately using internal systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar CRM tools).

  • Update case notes, maintain logs, and track ticket resolution within agreed SLAs.

  • Tag and classify tickets for analytics and reporting purposes.

4. Product & Process Knowledge:

  • Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s products, services, systems, and procedures.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, including FAQs, policies, or new features.

  • Collaborate with other teams (sales, tech support, logistics, etc.) for knowledge sharing and issue resolution.

5. Quality and Service Excellence:

  • Adhere to KPIs such as first response time, resolution time, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), and ticket volume targets.

  • Consistently aim for first-contact resolution (FCR) and customer retention.

  • Contribute to improving support processes by sharing customer feedback and insights.
