Sales Support Specialist

• Telligent is looking for qualified Sales Support Executives to join our team. 
• Our ideal candidate is an energetic persuasive professional with experience with customer interactions and customer service best practices. 
• Sales experience is a plus but if you are goal-oriented and believe you are able to learn and understand sales metrics we can train you. 
• We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

In this role, you will…

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or services.
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements

• Inform customer of deals and promotions
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Responsible for closing sales over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships.

• Persistence to handle difficult situations with to transform issues into sales
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address customer concerns during the sales process

• Outstanding negotiation skills with a focus to resolve issues and avoid potential complaints.
• A belief in delivering Outstanding Customer Service to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction with our brand
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Coachable team members that collaborate with department leaders on feedback to develop positive habits to achieve optimal performance
