About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries on calls/chats
3. Manage a large number of incoming phone calls and chats per day
4. Identify customer needs/complaints and help customers accordingly
5. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
6. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurately, via phone, email, or chat
7. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful
discussions with customers
8. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
9. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
The shifts will be in Rotational Basis and this will be a full time Role.
