Job Description
1. Develop deep knowledge of the platform to better understand the Aisle community
2. Answer our members' questions with thoughtful and solutions-oriented responses
3. Ensure timely reply and resolution to user queries
4. Innovate the ways in which we can better support our user community
5. Adhere to the company policies and resolution processes
6. Capture and report user feedback towards continual product development

have relevant skills and interests
1. Should be a fresher or graduate with 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
2. Should be well-spoken, process-oriented, and great at communication
3. Should demonstrate an appropriate sense of urgency for contact response time
4. Should have the ability to engage in difficult conversations with composure
5. Should be based in Bangalore or ready to move
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
