About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling inquiries/emails and sales orders from customers
2. Processing sales orders and preparing quotations
3. Converting quotations to sales
4. Maximizing sales to customers through effective identification of cross/up-selling and campaign opportunities
5. Making decisions to take the appropriate action required for solving queries within department guidelines
6. Delivering customer satisfaction
7. Working in a team and showing consideration for colleagues
