Job Description
1. Handle all customer queries, concerns & requests, both inbound & outbound across all mediums of communication such as phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, and social mediums. Provide clear, prompt, detailed, empathetic, and customer-oriented support to all our customers
2. Work on returns, exchanges & refunds and understand and support the customer with on-time resolutions and information, aligned to the brand's policies and guidelines
3. Work on customer reviews - manage customer reviews across the website, Facebook, Instagram, and Google
4. Work on reports and make and manage relevant reports across refunds, disputes, and other aspects of customer service

1. Should have 0-2 years of customer support experience.
2. Should have a bachelors degree/masters in any field
3. Having Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira experience is a plus
4. Should have experience with multiple channels of communication with customers- emails, telephones, live chat, chatbots, play store and app store reviews, social media, and instant messaging customer channels
5. Should be Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi
6. Should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to provide clear, articulate, and kind customer support in technical instructions via phone support, email, and live chat
7. Should have proactive attitude & problem-solving skills is a must
8. Should possess a -hands-on- approach and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment
9. Should be willing to stretch beyond working hours when required in order to ensure timely work completion
