Job Description
1. Interact with learners primarily via phone/WhatsApp/intercom to ensure all issues are resolved to customer's satisfaction
2. Understand the customer's problems accurately, follow the established procedures to investigate and resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers
3. Represent Learnmall and be the first line of contact with our customers, play a crucial role in maintaining our rapport with our customers
4. Collect and organize customer feedback to prioritize our roadmap for engineering teams
