Job Description
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Resolves product/service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem within the time limits.
- Provide accurate. valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Assist with placements of orders, refunds or exchanges.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunction.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- This Position is for Night Shift. Time Varies between 7 pm - 8 am
