Job Description
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Handling email and the website chat support with customers empathetically
2. Acknowledging the receipt of customer tickets/queries, following up with relevant teams to resolve it within defined SLA timelines
3. Keeping customers informed about the status of their tickets/queries
4. Preparing knowledgebase articles about repetitive customer queries that are not addressed in FAQs
5. Preparing video tutorials based on the customer/company requirements
6. Working on continuously developing the product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries

Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 3000 on every Speed To Response, Customer Satisfaction Scores, Ticket Closure Time And Satisfaction that you make or deliver.
