About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answering calls and providing information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof
2. Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
3. Communicating with customers electronically and taking follow-up of the procedures
4. Handling customer queries regarding various products
5. Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
6. Exhibiting patience in order to resolve queries in a timely manner
7. Working on the escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
8. Documenting knowledge in the form of a solution article
9. Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via
10. phone, email, or chat
11. Handling tough cases patiently
12. Taking a deep dive into product key features and having keen insight/knowledge about the product
