Job Description
1. Handling the customer support number where you will get customer queries on WhatsApp and calls
2. Researching and calling as and when required
3. Tracking, communicating with, and following-up with users regarding their queries and issues faced via WhatsApp, calls, Google sheets, Google Meet and Slack
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 10th Mar'21 and 14th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
