About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Become front line support to the customers and clients
2. Maintain a professional approach in answering calls as you are the bridge between them and the company
3. Provide information about our products and services in a detailed manner
4. Maintain records of transactions and interactions made with the clients
5. Take appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required
6. Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 3 Lac/annum
