About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing and fulfilling customer requests for standard as well as very high profile company clients via phone, email, and/or chat
2. Working on fulfilling the request through a variety of resources (Internet, team member or personal experience, partners, resources, etc.) and communicate responses in a prompt, professional, and concise manner
3. Upholding the highest levels of customer service and quality
