Job Description:
• Clerical duties such as faxing, reviewing, emailing and editing of some important documents and most importantly keeping all the records intact.
• Assist and support cashier in their day to day operations.
• Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
• Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
• Responsible to answer the customer and the calls routed should be transferred to the appropriate staff and members.
• Distribute delivery packages and maintain all the records for Inwards / Outwards.
• Correct discrepancies in customer account balances.
• Assist in maintaining the office premises clean and neat.
• Ensure that the documents are filed according to the company’s policy & Procedure.
• Ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Responding to incoming and outgoing calls and Excellent interpersonal
• Check whether the operational work at branch is according to company statutory compliance
