Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide customer support and assistance
2. Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat)
3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

5. Collaborate with internal teams
6. Meet performance metrics
Requirements:
1. Graduation from a recognized institution
2. Strong computer skills
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
4. Problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced customer support environment
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions and resolutions
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
