Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms
2. Resolve any customer complaints or issues
3. Provide helpful advice and guidance on our products and services
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
5. Monitor customer feedback and identify areas where we can improve our service
6. Generate reports on customer interactions
7. Develop relationships with customers to ensure loyalty
8. Work on following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the company's service
9. Coordinate between departments as a shared resource
