Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused candidates for a voice process supporting a leading healthcare product – Traya. The role involves handling customer queries over calls and providing accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
Understand and resolve customer queries related to the product
Provide clear and accurate information
Maintain call quality and service standards
Coordinate with the internal team when required

Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge
Customer‑centric attitude
Ability to work in a team environment
