Immediate Hiring -
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Kannada (and Hindi/English if required).

Understand customer concerns and respond promptly with accurate information or solutions.

Assist customers with service-related queries, account details, order status, returns, or general product information.

Log customer interactions accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.
2. Problem Solving and Resolution:

Identify and resolve customer complaints in a polite and professional manner.

Follow standard scripts, FAQs, or escalation procedures to address customer issues.

Provide first-contact resolution whenever possible and escalate unresolved issues to team leaders or the technical team.

Track follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction post-resolution.
3. Communication and Language:

Communicate clearly, confidently, and patiently in Kannada, with a basic ability to converse in English or Hindi when needed.

Adapt communication style to suit different customers, including senior citizens, rural callers, or tech-challenged users.

Use positive language and empathy to reassure and retain customers.
4. Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer queries, feedback, and resolutions in the system.

Follow data privacy, security, and confidentiality protocols.

Share daily call summaries, issue logs, and customer trends with supervisors.

Suggest improvements to scripts or FAQs based on customer feedback.
