Customer Support Officer
Job Description
- Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore
- Shift: US Shift (10pm-6am)
- Monday to Friday working ( Saturday and Sunday)is fixed off
- Experience Salary: ₹32,500/month + 6,000 Allowances
- Freshers Salary:
- ₹21,500 and 24,000 ctc
- Benefits: Performance-based benefits, 2-way cab facility
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge about health care industry is a plus
- Problem solving skills
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Assistance

Respond to Inquiries: Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, delivery times, warranties, and return policies.

First Contact Resolution: Strive to resolve customer queries or concerns during the first interaction to avoid follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.

Multi-Channel Support: Communicate with customers through various platforms, including telephone, email, chat support, and social media.

Follow-Up Support: Conduct follow-ups to ensure that issues have been resolved and the customer is satisfied with the service.
2. Issue Resolution

Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of customer problems and work to resolve them efficiently. This could include technical issues, billing discrepancies, or product concerns.

Escalation: Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or management when necessary, while ensuring the customer is updated.

Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring that every concern is addressed respectfully and effectively.
3. Data Entry and Documentation

Maintain Records: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM or ticketing system.

Reporting: Generate and submit regular reports regarding recurring issues, customer satisfaction trends, and areas for service improvement.
4. Customer Engagement and Retention

Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers by showing empathy, being patient, and offering thoughtful solutions.

Feedback Collection: Collect feedback on products and services and pass insights to the relevant teams for quality improvement.

Customer Education: Educate customers about company offerings, usage tips, updates, and new features.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams

Team Coordination: Work closely with sales, technical support, logistics, and other departments to resolve customer issues.

Product Feedback Loop: Provide valuable customer insights to the product or service teams to help enhance user experience.
6. Adherence to Policies and Standards

Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures, including data protection, customer privacy, and internal protocols.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Ensure timely responses and resolutions in accordance with SLA commitments.
