- Position:Customer Support / Operation
- Type of Hire: 6 months Contract to hire
- Compensation: 12k to 13k per month.
- Language Preference: Hindi & English
- Working Days: 6 / Week
- Handle inquiries on the phone and email channel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehend the customer requirement well & suggest apt resolutions.
- Ability to hunt the online resources or knowledge center to guide customer towards self-assistance.
- Identify Up sell opportunity for consultation services and push the leads to the Sales team.
- Ensuring maximum Customer Satisfaction on every query
