Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Customer Support (Post-Sales) who can initially support invoicing activities, LinkedIn engagement, and client coordination, and gradually transition into customer success and collection responsibilities over time.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to build expertise across customer support, billing coordination, branding engagement, and client success operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support invoicing activities and maintain accurate billing documentation
- Handle invoice-related follow-ups through email communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and documentation requirements
- Curate and manage LinkedIn posts and company branding content
- Support company event promotions and social media engagement activities
- Maintain daily LinkedIn engagement through comments and interactions
- Collect customer feedback and assist in customer success activities
- Prepare client communication materials and coordinate follow-ups
Key Skillsets Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good coordination and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of invoicing and documentation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain organized records
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to learn customer success and client coordination functions

- Salary: Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 per month (depending upon the experience & interview response)
- Working Days: 6 days a week / Onsite in Noida (alternate Saturday WFH)
